塑料注射成型机加热装置的热损耗分析

摘  要:
塑料注射成型过程中,需要大量热能,对注射机料筒内的物料进行加热,使其充分塑化至熔融状态后,进行加压注射成型,是获得质量合格制品的关键。为此,对注射机加热系统热的损耗进行了分析,指出了注射机加热系统热量损失的原因以及应采取的预防措施,对降低塑料成型机械的能耗、节约能源具有一定的借鉴。

摘  要:
In the course of plastic injection moulding, a great deal of heat energy is needed. To heat up material in injection and make it meltdown appearance, it is pressed for injection moulding. That’s the key to get quality regular products. So analyzed heating system of injection machine, pointed out the reasons of heat lost in heating system and the measures to them. This is used for reference to reduce the energy lost of moulding machine and save energy.
