摘  要:
用高效液相色谱法同时测定丰产素中硝基酚类和α-萘乙酸含量。色谱柱Shim-pack CLC-ODS(150×60mm,5μm),甲醇-水(用磷酸调至pH=3)(60+40)为流动相,紫外检测波长:280nm。灵敏度:0.16AUFS。流速:1.0 ml/min。5-硝基酚钠线性范围0.938-15.000 mg/100ml,平均回收率102.5%,精密度1.00%;对硝基酚钠线性范围0.813-45.000 mg/100ml,平均回收率104.3%,精密度0.62%;2,4.二硝基酚钠线性范围0.469-7.050 mg/100ml,平均回收率103.4%,精密度2.10%;邻硝基酚钠线性范围1.906-30.500 mg/100ml,平均回收率113.3%,精密度1.33%;α-萘乙酸线性范围3.750-60.000 mg/100ml,平均范围106.4%,精密度1.34%。此方法简便、灵敏、准确,可作为丰产素质量控制指标之一。

摘  要:
The objective was to develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of nitrophenol and a-naphthylacetic acid in Fengchansu crop yield enhancer. Chromatographic conditions includcd an ODS column with a mobile phase of 60% methanol, and pH of the water phase adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid.The standard curve of 5-nitrophenol was linear in the range of 0.938 - 15.000 mg/100ml, and the average recovery was 103% with an accuracy of 1.00% .The standard curve of p-nitrophcnol was linear in the range of 0.813 - 45.000 mg/100ml, and the average recovery was 104% with an accuracy of 0.62% .The standard curve of 2, 4 -dinitrophenol was linear in the range of 0.419 -7.050 mg/100ml, and the average recovery was 103% with an accuracy of 2.10% .The standard curve of o -nitrophenol was linear in the range of 1 .906 - 30.500 mg/100ml, and the average recovery was 113% with an accuracy of 1.33%.The standard curve of α-naphthylacetic acid was linear in the range of 3.750 - 60.000 mg/100ml, and the average recovery was 106% with an accuracy of 1.34% .The method was simple, sensitive, and accurate, and could provide a standard method for quality control of Fengchansu.
