摘  要:
[目的]研究无皂乳液聚合反应动力学,为油脂类单体寻求一种新的绿色聚合方法,。[方法]在制备桐油衍生物(TOMG/MA)/苯乙烯无皂乳液的基础上,控制反应中其他条件不变,只改变聚合反应的一个因素,对无皂乳液聚合反应进行动力学研究。[结果]苯乙烯/(TOMG/MA)无皂乳液聚合反应动力学方程可表示为:Rp=k[St]1.25[TOMG/MA]0.01[KPS]0.96,反应活化能大约为81.8kJ/mol。[结论]苯乙烯/(TOMG/MA)无皂乳液聚合反应符合一般的自由基共聚反应机理。

摘  要:
[Objective] The aim was to study the kinetics of the soap-free emulsion copolymerization and find a new green method of polymerizaition. [Method] Based on the copolymerization system of the tung oil derivant and styrene,the kinetics of the soap-free emulsion copolymerization was studied by changing only one of reaction condition parameters at one time. [Result] Using the method of the linear simulation,a kinetic equation could be concluded. It could be denoted by Rp=k[St]1.25[TOMG/MA]0.01[KPS]0.96,and the activation energy of reaction was 81.8 kJ/mol.[Conclusion]The results showed that the reaction followed the mechanism of free radical copolymerization.
