氧化淀粉的机械活化木薯淀粉干法制备

摘  要:
以过氧乙酸为氧化剂、自制的高能效搅拌磨为反应器,采用边活化边反应的方法对木薯淀粉进行干法氧化以制备氧化淀粉。以羧基含量为评价指标,分别考察反应时间、反应温度、氧化剂用量、催化剂用量等因素对淀粉氧化反应的影响,并利用红外光谱仪对产物进行官能团分析。结果表明,机械活化对木薯淀粉过氧乙酸氧化反应有显著强化作用。在反应时间为60 min、反应温度为50℃、氧化剂用量为3.840%、催化剂用量为0.03%时所制得的氧化淀粉羧基含量为1.826%,而在相同条件下,由原木薯淀粉制得的氧化淀粉羧基含量仅为0.039%。红外光谱显示,氧化淀粉出现明显的羰基吸收峰。

摘  要:
Oxidized starch was prepared by dry process during with activation and reaction happened synchronously using self-designed stirred mill as reactor,cassava starch as raw material and peracetic acid as oxidant.The effects of activation time,activation temperature,dosages of oxidant and catalyst on oxidation of starch were investigated by using carboxyl content of oxidized starch as evaluating index.In addition,the functional groups of reaction product were characterized by FI-IR.The results indicated that mechanical activation considerably enhanced the oxidation reaction of cassava starch.Under the conditions of activation time 60 min,activation temperature 50 ℃,dosage of oxidant 3.840%,dosage of catalyst 0.03%,the carboxyl content of oxidized starch was 1.826%.However,under the same preparation conditions without mechanical activation,the carboxyl content of oxidized starch was only 0.039%.The FI-IR spectra showed obvious carbonyl absorption peaks of oxidation starch.
