“水环境治理背景下”北海市畜牧业转型升级路径探究

摘 要：
随着畜禽养殖数量的增加,畜禽粪便对环境的污染越来越严重,尤其对河流及饮用水源的污染,直接威胁着地方经济的发展及人类的健康。为了落实"水十条"的要求,最近,北海市出台了水环境治理攻坚战方案,正式对水污染问题宣战。其中防治畜禽养殖污染也是水环境治理攻坚战的重点工作之一。文章结合北海市畜牧业发展情况及其对水环境污染的特点,提出了在水环境治理背景畜牧业转型升级的路径。

摘 要：
With the increase of livestock and poultry breeding, the pollution of livestock and poultry excrement to the environment is becoming more and more serious, especially the pollution of rivers and drinking water sources, which directly threatens the development of local economy and people's health. In order to implement the requirements of "water ten", recently, Beihai launched a tough battle plan for water environment management, and formally declared war on water pollution. Prevention and control of livestock and poultry pollution was also one of the key tasks in tackling water pollution. Combined with the development of animal husbandry in Beihai and the characteristics of water pollution, this paper put forward the path of transformation and upgrading of animal husbandry in the context of water environment governance.
