烟秆切割器切割参数的试验分析与研究

摘  要:
针对单圆盘电动烟秆切割器转速、刀盘形状及切割角度对烟秆切割功率的影响问题,在试验台上对烟秆试样进行了单因素和多因素切割功率测试,并用MatLab、SPSS对实验数据拟合分析。单因素试验结果表明:星齿形刀盘比交替齿形刀盘功率消耗低;刀盘转速与切割功率呈正相关;切割功率随切割角度增加先减小后增加,20°时切割功率最小。多因素试验结果表明:对烟秆切割功率的影响大小依次为刀盘形状、切割角度、刀盘转速;最佳切割方案为星齿形刀盘,切割角度20°,刀盘转速2 500r/min。研究结果为设计功率匹配的切割器提供了理论依据。

摘  要:
Aiming at the problem that the effects of electric disc cutter cutting speed,cutter shape,cutting angle three factors on tobacco stem cutting power,single-factor and multi-factor power consumption test taken on the cutting testbed for tobacco stem sample,and curve fitting analysis by MATLAB and SPSS based on experimental data. The results of single-factor test showed that the star gear cutter is lower than alternate tooth cutter power consumption,cutter speed is positive with cutting power,cutting power decreases first and then increases with the increase of cutting angle,when it reaches twenty degrees,power is minimum; multi-factor test showed that effect order of tobacco stem cutting power is cutter shape,cutting angle and cutting speed; the best cutting scheme is star tooth cutter,twenty degrees cutting angle,2500 r/min cutter speed. The result provides theoretical basis for power match of cutter.
