竹醋液、植物浸提液及其混合液对南方根结线虫二龄幼虫和虫卵的影响

摘  要:
南方根结线虫在生产中对植物根部造成危害,本实验为了探究竹醋液和植物浸提液对南方根结线虫的防治作用,利用浸渍法用不同浓度的竹醋液、植物浸提液及其混合液对南方根结线虫的二龄幼虫和虫卵进行处理。实验结果表明,竹醋液,竹醋液与植物浸提液1:1的混合液在5 m L/L浓度下对二龄幼虫可达到100%的校正致死率,植物浸提液的致死效果低于竹醋液,在浓度5 m L/L处理72 h时为75.79%;浓度为10 m L/L时,竹醋液、植物浸提液和混合液对虫卵的最大抑制率分别为84.96%、64.33%和87.49%;处理24 h时,竹醋液对南方根结线虫二龄幼虫的LC50值最小,为1.1190 m L/L。综上所述,竹醋液和植物浸提液对南方根结线虫有一定的抑杀作用,相较于植物浸提液,竹醋液对南方根结线虫的防治效果更显著。

摘  要:
Meloidogyne incognita harms the roots of plant in production, in order to explore the control effect ofbamboo pyroligneous liquid and plant extract on Meloidogyne incognita, the second instar larvae and eggs of Meloidogyne incognita were treated by dipping method with different concentrations of bamboo pyroligneousliquid, plant extract and their mixture. The results showed that the bamboo pyroligneous liquid and mixed liquid(bamboo pyroligneous liquid: plant extract=1:1) could reach 100% corrected mortality rate at 5 m L/L, the lethaleffect of plant extract was lower than that of bamboo pyroligneous liquid, which was 75.79% at 5 m L/L for 72 h.When the concentration was 10 m L/L, the maximum inhibitory rate of bamboo pyroligneous liquid, plant extractand mixed liquid was 84.96%, 64.33% and 87.49%, respectively. Treated for 24 h, LC50 value of the secondinstar larvae treated with bamboo pyroligneous liquid was the lowest, which was 1.1190 m L/L. In conclusion,bamboo pyroligneous liquid and plant extract have a certain inhibitory effect on Meloidogyne incognita, andcompared with plant extract, the effect of bamboo pyroligneous liquid on the prevention and control of Meloidogyne incognita was more significant.
