摘 要：
以四川雅安金凤寺150~200年生楠木(Phoebe zhennan)种子为试验材料,对其进行大、中、小分级,采用圃地育苗、营养袋移栽的方式,对其多胚现象以及一年生多胚苗的生长情况进行了观察.结果表明:楠木种子多胚率随种子大小逐渐降低,大、中、小粒级种子多胚率分别为65.13%、59.69%和46.23%,其中双胚率最大,四胚率最小.楠木单胚苗的生长最佳,地径和苗高与双/三胚苗差异显著(P<0.05),双/三胚苗中大苗比小苗生长好,除三胚大苗与中苗地径差异不显著外,双胚大、小苗间和三胚大、中、小苗间的地径和苗高均差异显著(P<0.05).因此在多胚苗选择的时候,宜选择双胚大苗和三胚大苗.

摘 要：
The seeds of Phoebe zhennan in 150 ~ 200 years in Jinfeng temple in Ya'an,Sichuan classified into large,medium and small size,were sown with nursery and transplanted with nutrition bag. The phenomenon of polyembryony and annual polyembryonic seedlings were observed. The results showed that polyembryonic rate decreased with the size of Phoebe zhennan seed,the rate of large,medium and small graded seeds was 65. 13%,59. 69% and 46. 23%,respectively,and the rate of double embryo was the highest,four embryo rate was the lowest. The growth of single embryo was the best and its ground diameter and seedling height were significantly larger than that of double / three embryo seedling( P < 0. 05),the growth of large double / three embryo seedling was better than the small one,the ground diameter and seedling height were significantly different among large,medium and small three embryo seedlings,large and small double embryo seedlings( P < 0. 05) except the ground diameter of large and medium three embryo seedlings. Therefore,large double and three embryo seedlings should be chosen firstly when choosing polyembryonic seedlings.
