摘 要:
利用能量算子对故障轴承的高频共振信号进行包络解调 ,实现了滚动轴承故障特征提取。首先介绍了共振解调法的诊断原理 ,然后详细论述了能量算子及能量算子解调的方法 ,并用该方法对 4 0 6故障轴承的高频共振信号进行包络解调 ,准确诊断出两轴承的损伤类别。实验和应用结果表明 :能量算子解调法优于 Hilbert变换 ,能满足实时诊断要求 ,是诊断轴承损伤类故障的一种有效手段

摘 要:
Hilbert transfer is usually used for the demodulated resonance analysis (DRA). Instead of that, in this work the energy operator demodulation method (EODM) is used for DRA to extract features of rolling bearings for fault diagnosis. The principle of DRA was introduced and then the energy operator and EODM were discussed in detail. Finally, the experiments on 406 rolling bearings were carried out to analyze the high frequency resonance signal with EODM. The results show that EODM is an effective method in fault diagnosis of rolling bearing.
