摘要：

灌输理论是马克思主义的重要理论。本文从社会意识的培养、市场经济的建设、人的全面发展等方面分析了新时期思想政治工作坚持灌输理论的必要性,强调灌输教育只有在目标、内容和方式上处理好知行、正反、显隐几方面的关系,才能在实践中不断发展,从而更好地为社会主义市场经济服务。
