聚己内酯肝素涂层的制备与结构分析

摘  要:
[目的]分析聚己内酯肝素涂层的制备与结构。[方法]采用终点固定法在PCL表面制备肝素涂层,以共价键的形式把肝素分子还原端醛基连接到氨基修饰聚己内酯表面,充分暴露肝素分子的活性基团。[结果]制备的聚己内酯肝素涂层密度为4.8μg/cm~2,与已报道的肝素涂层相比较,肝素密度提高了1.3~2.4倍。傅里叶红外光谱检测表明,该材料增加了N-H振动峰和C-N振动峰。进一步用X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)发现在具备肝素涂层的PCL表面增加了N、S、Na等元素信号。[结论]肝素还原端已经通过碳氮键与聚己内酯形成了共价结合,并且肝素涂层含量显著提高,这将有利于对该材料功能的进一步研究。

摘  要:
[Objective]The research aimed to analyze the preparation and structure of heparin coating on polycaprolactone.[Method]A heparin coating was prepared on the surface of the PCL using an end-point fixation method,and the heparin molecule reducing aldehyde group was attached to the amino-modified polycaprolactone surface in a covalent bond form to fully expose the active group of the heparin molecule.[Result]The prepared polycaprolactone heparin coating had a density of 4.8 μg/cm~2,and the heparin density increased by 1.3-2.4 times compared with the heparin coating reported.Fourier infrared spectroscopy showed that the material increased the N-H vibration peak and the C-N vibration peak.Further X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS) analysis revealed that N,S,Na and other elements were added to the surface of PCL coated with heparin.[Conclusion]The heparin reducing end has formed a covalent bond with polycaprolactone through a carbon-nitrogen bond,and the heparin coating content is significantly increased,which will facilitate the further study of the function of the material.
