碳酸盐-硫酸盐含钙矿物对啤酒废水厌氧产甲烷过程的影响

摘  要:
利用外来添加剂是提高有机废水厌氧产甲烷的有效手段之一。通过添加自然界含钙矿物硬石膏、石膏、方解石、白云石,利用矿物-微生物的交互作用提高啤酒废水的厌氧转化效率。实验结果表明,添加矿物的反应器中COD的去除率均可达到88%以上;添加矿物的反应器甲烷产量显著高于对照;矿物材料促进了了发酵产酸过程,丁酸型发酵是主要的发酵产酸途径。添加含钙矿物对啤酒废水厌氧消化过程具有重要的促进作用。

摘  要:
Adding external additives is one of the effective means for enhancing anaerobic methanogenic process. In the current study, four natural calcium-containing minerals of anhydrite, calcite, gypsum and dolomite were adopted to improve the anaerobic conversion efficiency of brewery wastewater with the interaction between minerals and microorganisms. Results indicated that the removal rate of COD reached 88% and above in all experimental groups. Methane production in the minerals dosed reactor was significantly higher than the control. Minerals also influenced the fermentation and acidification process. The butyric acid type fermentation was the main fermentation process in the minerals dosed reactor. Addition of calcium-containing minerals had a significant promotion effect on the anaerobic digestion process of brewery wastewater.
