通过分析西北地区水土流失的主要成因,从生态环境保护和农村土地利用的角度,结合当地实际情况,总结提出了一些较为合理可行的生态农业建设对策,为该地区水土流失的有效治理提供有益的参考和建议。

摘  要：
Soil and water loss was a key factor restricted sustainable development of northwest China.From an ecological point of view,the great target and task of western development could be achieved only through dealing with soil and water loss problem scientifically.Key causes of this problem in northwest China were analyzed.On the basis of ecological environment protection and rural land utilization,some reasonable and feasible countermeasures on eco-agricultural construction were put forward according to local practical situation,which provided references and suggestions on effective management of soil and water loss in northwest China.
