摘  要:
【目的】验证SNP分子标记中HRM技术鉴定结果的可靠性,为杂交玉米种子纯度鉴定方法的选择提供参考。【方法】以杂交种家佳荣2号及其父母本、近似杂交组合JR02为材料,采用田间小区种植鉴定和SNP分子标记中的HRM技术两种方法对杂交玉米家佳荣2号的同一批种子样品进行纯度鉴定。【结果】田间小区种植纯度鉴定结果为97.8%,SNP分子标记纯度鉴定结果为97.1%。【结论】SNP分子标记中的HRM技术鉴定结果可靠,可作为杂交玉米种子的纯度鉴定方法之一。

摘  要:
【Objective】The purpose of this paper is to verify the reliability of HRM technology identification results in SNP molecular markers, and provide reference for the selection of hybrid corn seed purity identification methods.【Method】 In this study, hybrid maize ‘Jiajia Rong No.2' and its parents and approximate hybrid combinations ‘JR02' were used as the materials to identify the purity of hybrid maize ‘Jiajia Rong No.2' by using two methods of field planting identification and SNP molecular marker-HRM technology.【Result】The seed purity by field planting identification was 97.8 % and by SNP molecular marker-HRM technology was 97.1 %. 【Conclusion】The results of identify by SNP molecular marker-HRM technology is reliable, so it can be used as one method of hybrid maize purity identification.
