不同保种方法对狼山鸡保种群近交系数的影响

摘  要：
以狼山鸡为素材,利用“家系等量随机选配法”和“随机交配法”(对照组)2种保种方法进行继代繁殖鸡群,每个保种群每个世代的鸡只均逐只编制往上追溯5代的系谱图,利用回归斜率分析方法计算世代增量。结果表明,试验组保种群的近交系数的世代增量均呈负增长,公鸡、母鸡分别为-0.003 7和-0.004 4;对照组公鸡、母鸡分别为0.001 7,0.002 2。采用家系等量随机选配法保存鸡种,可有效地控制保种群近交系数的增长。

摘  要：
The "stemma equimultiple random select cross method"(experiment group) and "random mating method(ck)" were used to propagate offspring population of Langshan chicken.For each population,the pedigree of individuals were ascended up to 5 generations.Then,their generation increment of inbreeding coefficient was caculated using the regression slope rate.The results indicated that the generation increments of experiment group were negative,-0.0037 for males and -0.0044 for females,but they were 0.0017 and 0.0022,respectively,for the ck.It was concluded that the stemma equimultiple random select cross method could constrain the increments of inbreeding coefficient.
