白粉寄生菌的研究

摘 要:
寄生在凤仙花白粉菌上的白粉寄生菌经鉴定为 Cicinnobolus cesatii deBary.,培养在 BPA,PDA,V_8培养基和灭菌的米饭、麦粒、燕麦片等上面,于20~25℃生长良好并产生大量分生孢子。孢子悬液接种在患白粉病的10种植物病叶上,该菌能寄生在单丝壳、蔷薇单丝壳、鞑靼内丝白粉菌、禾白粉菌和二孢白粉菌上。

摘 要:
The hyperparasite of Sphaerotheca fuliginea on Impatiens balsamina L.was identifiedas Cicinnobolus cesatii de Bary.It was observed that a greater amount of spores wereproduced on medium of PDA,V_8,BPA and sterilized rice,wheat,oat-flake under 20~25℃.Inoculation studies with Cicinnobolus cesatii isolated from Sphaerotheca faligineashowed the hyperparasite also infected Sphaerotheca pannosa,Leveillula taurica,Erysiphegraminis and Erysiphe cichoracearum.
