中药复方添加剂对夏季高温条件下肉牛的抗热应激作用研究

摘  要:
为了研究中药复方添加剂对夏季高温高湿条件下肉牛的抗热应激作用,本试验选取18头健康、体质量约为(435.30±16.26)kg的22月龄育肥锦江黄牛未去势公牛,随机分为3组,每组6头牛。试验牛均饲喂于夏季高温高湿条件下,对照组饲喂基础饲粮(精粗比为6∶4),两个中药组分别在基础饲粮中添加了10 g/kg的中药复方1和中药复方2。试验期为60 d。结果显示:(1)夏季高温高湿环境下,试验期牛舍平均温湿指数高于72,肉牛处于高度热应激状态;(2)添加中药1和中药2后,肉牛的体温和呼吸频率显著下降;(3)与对照组相比,两个复方添加组的血清IgA含量显著下降,IgG和IgM含量显著升高。此外,中药1组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著高于对照组,中药2组的血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及TSOD活性高于对照组,两个复方添加组的血清MDA含量比对照组显著下降。上述结果表明,饲粮中添加复方中草药可以缓解肉牛的热应激反应,提高热应激期锦江黄牛血清抗氧化能力和免疫性能。

摘  要:
In order to study the effects of Chinese medicine additives on heat stress response of beef cattle under hot environment. Eighteen healthy and uncastrated 22 month old Jinjiang yellow cattle with an initial weight of( 435.30±16.26) kg were randomly divided into 3 groups and each group comprised 6 cattle.Cattle in control group were fed basic diets( The dietary concentrate to forage ratio is 6∶4),and two Chinese medicine groups were fed with diets containing Chinese medicine prescription I( CMP I) and Chinese medicine prescription II( CMP II) at 10 g/kg.All animals were fed under hot environment in summer,and the test lasted for 60 d.The results showed as follows: 1) the average temperature humidity index( THI) was above 72.Also,the body temperature and respiratory rate of two Chinese medicine prescription groups were reduced compared with control group( P<0.05).2) Compared with control group,dietary supplementation of CMP I and CMP II declined the levels of serum immune globulin A( Ig A),but enhanced the concentrations of immune globulin M( Ig M)and immune globulin G( Ig G)( P<0.05).Moreover,the activities of serum total superoxide dismutase( T-SOD)and glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px) with CMP I treatment were enhanced,and the activities of T-SOD and the total antioxidant enzymes( T-AOC) with CMP II treatment were enhanced,but the contents of malonaldehyde( MDA) with two CMP treatments were declined compared with control group( P<0.05).These results indicate that dietary supplementation of CMP I and CMP II alleviated heat stress response of beef cattle,and increased their immune and antioxidant function.
