大豆基胶黏剂的研究进展

摘  要:
指出了我国人造板生产用的胶黏剂主要以脲醛树脂(UF)和酚醛树脂(PF)这两种为主,但人造板使用过程中会释放一定量的甲醛,造成空气质量下降严重影响人们的生活质量。为解决人造板甲醛释放量超标带来的健康危害,摆脱醛类胶对不可再生石化资源的依赖,应大力发展绿色环保胶黏剂的开发,其中以大豆蛋白基胶黏剂发展的最为快速。根据最新研究,着重阐述了豆胶的发展历程、改性研究进展,探讨了豆胶在人造板行业具有的巨大潜力。

摘  要:
The adhesive used in the production of artificial boards in China is mainly urea-formaldehyde resin(UF)and phenolic resin(PF).A certain amount of formaldehyde is released during the use of artificial boards,which decreased air quality and seriously affected the quality of people's lives.In order to solve the health hazards caused by the excessive formaldehyde emission of artificial board,get rid of aldehydes adhesive dependence on non-renewable fossil resources,China has vigorously developed the development of green and environmentally friendly adhesives,among which soybean protein-based adhesives are the fastest.According to the latest research,the development history,bonding mechanism and modification research progress of soy-based bio-adhesive are introduced,which indicates the great potential of bean gum in the artificial board industry.
