微量金属元素添加频率对牛粪厌氧发酵细菌种类的影响

摘  要:
在以牛粪为原料的厌氧发酵液里,分别以1天、3天、5天、7天的间隔时间向反应器中添加微量金属元素,研究微量金属元素对牛粪厌氧发酵特性及细菌种类的影响。结果表明,每7天添加1次的效果最佳,产气率、总产气量以及COD去除率最高,生物相里有杆菌和球菌,但是球菌占优势;每天添加1次的挥发性有机酸(VFA)和产气量都是最低的,分析认为是微量金属元素的添加对细菌造成了抑制。

摘  要:
Through respectively swinging in with trace metals Fe、.CO.、Ni every day, every 3 day, every 5 day, and every 7 day in anaerobic fermentation reactor, the process of biogas production and the species of bacteria in anaerobic fermentation of dairy manure were studied. The results showed that a appropriate frequency of the addition trace metals is every seven days. It’s total biogas and the COD removal rate is the highest, its bacteria included methanobacteria.and methanococcales.and the methanococcales is predominated. In the reactor by swinging trace metals every day the biogas production is the lowest, perhaps a redundant supplement of trace metals could cause toxic.
