氧化锰的合成及其超级电容器性能的研究

摘  要:
采用水热法通过改变NaOH用量合成Mn_2O_3和MnO_2样品,并对其进行XRD、SEM、TEM分析;通过循环伏安、恒流充放电、交流阻抗研究其在电解液为2mol/LKCl中的超级电容器性能.结果表明:Mn_2O_3样品比MnO_2样品具有更高的比电容,电化学性能更优越.

摘  要:
Mn_2O_3 and MnO_2 samples were prepared by changing the ratio of NaOH though hydrothermal method;the samples were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.In the 2 mol/L KCl aqueous electrolyte,the electrochemical properties of the synthesized Mn_2O_3 and MnO_2 were studied by using cyclic voltammograms,galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance.The results indicated that the electrochemical properties and specific capacitance of Mn_2O_3 were higher than MnO_2.
