SSR标记用于玉米自交系类群划分的研究

摘  要:
利用SSR标记研究了 10个玉米自交系的遗传变异 ,初步进行了杂种优势群划分。 10对SSR引物在供试材料中共检测出 4 0个等位基因变异 ,每对引物检测出等位基因 2~ 5个 ,平均检出4个 ,平均多态信息含量值为 0 .6 5,10个自交系间平均遗传相似系数为 0 .2 7。聚类分析结果表明 ,供试自交系可归为两个类群 ,每个类群又分别由两个亚群组成。利用SSR标记可以对玉米自交系的遗传变异进行初步分析 ,并可用于杂种优势群划分。

摘  要:
Simple sequence repeats(SSRs)were used to detect genetic variation among 10 maize inbred lines.10 SSR primers produced 40 polymorphic amplified fragments.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 4.0 with a rang from 2 to 5.The polymorphism information content(PIC)in average was 0.65.Average Genetic Similarity was 0.27,cluster analysis state that the 10 inbred lines of the sample were classified into 2groups and 4 sub groups.Consequently SSR makers could be used for measuring genetic variation and assigning maize inbred line to hyterotic groups.
