白粉病相关基因MLO在瓜菜类白粉病广谱抗性研究中的应用

摘  要:
MLO(mildew resistance locus O)被认为是研究植物广谱抗性的模式基因,它编码一种7TM跨膜蛋白,对白粉病菌具有负调控作用。野生或者人工突变获得的mlo基因,对白粉病具有广谱抗性,表明MLO在植物白粉病育种方面具有潜在的应用价值。就MLO的发现、结构定位、细胞学证据、突变抗病的机制等方面的研究现状及在瓜菜类作物广谱抗性材料创制中的应用进行了总结,并讨论了今后的研究重点。

摘  要:
MLO(mildew resistance locus O)is considered to be a model plant gene suitable for study broad-spectrum resistance,which encodes a transmembrane protein 7TM. It may play a negative regulatory role on powdery mildew,which indicated that it has potential applications in plant breeding for resistance to powdery mildew. This paper depicts progress in powdery mildew research and creation of broad-spectrum resistance material in cucurbits and vegetables. The research direction in the future is also put forward.
