摘  要:
在并行工程、并行设计理论的指导下 ,提出了产品设计流、产品设计校验点和产品设计绩效等概念 ,运用这些概念对产品设计过程进行组织和管理 ,建立一套组织和管理产品设计的体系 ,可提高产品设计质量 ,缩短产品设计周期 ,提高产品设计的一次成功率。并以压铸机为例 ,应用这些概念进行了产品设计

摘  要:
A traditional design usually lasts for a relative long period of time and the design efficiency is low. Three new concepts, design stream, milestone of product design, and design efficiency, are presented in this paper based on an idea of the concurrent design. These concepts were employed to instruct and manage a product design process to improve the design quality, shorten the design period and enrich the contents of modern design theory. At last, those concepts were applied to the design of a die casting machine and the results proved the method to be valid.
