摘 要:
本文建立了检测梨中Avermectin B_1的间接竞争酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)。以结合物4”—O—(单)琥珀酰Avermectin B_1—BSA免疫家兔,制备特异性针对Avermectin B_1的多克隆抗体。梨样本经甲醇提取后用ELISA检测。在6.0~60mg/kg添加浓度范围内,Avermectin B_1的回收率为86%~105%,变异系数(CV)为4%~8%。样本检测限为0.1mg/kg。本方法简便、快速、灵敏,适宜对大批量样本进行快速测定。

摘 要:
An indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for determination of Avermectin B1 residue in pears is developed. The polyclonal anti-Aver-mectin B1 antibodies were obtained by immunizing rabbits with 4''-O-succinoylavermectin B1. The sample was extracted with methanol,diluted with PBST,and then monitored by ELISA. Recoveries of Avermectin B1 from pears fortified at 6. 0-60mg/kg levels were in a range of 86%-105% .with CV = 4%-8%. The limit of detection was 0. 1 mg/kg. This is a simple, sensitive and rapid method for monitoring Avermectin B1 residue in pears.
