入侵植物大花金鸡菊与伴生植物须苞石竹的互作效应及其对AM真菌的影响

摘  要:
大花金鸡菊(Coreopsis grandiflora Hogg.)是入侵我国的外来植物,已造成严重危害。为探索大花金鸡菊对本地植物和丛枝菌根(AM)真菌群落的影响,作者于温室盆栽接种AM真菌群落(摩西球囊霉Glomus mosseae、根内球囊霉Glomus intraradices、珠状巨孢囊霉Gigaspora margarita)条件下,设单种大花金鸡菊、单种须苞石竹(Dianthus barbatus L.)、大花金鸡菊+须苞石竹混种共3个处理,测定各处理大花金鸡菊和须苞石竹生长量、根系活力、部分酶活性、菌根侵染率和多样性指数等。结果表明,大花金鸡菊与须苞石竹混种处理的大花金鸡菊生长量、根系活力、酶活性、孢子密度、菌根侵染率、种丰度、相对多度、均匀度和多样性指数与单种大花金鸡菊处理无显著差异。与单种须苞石竹处理相比,大花金鸡菊与须苞石竹混种显著降低须苞石竹总根长、根系面积、根系活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,增加了须苞石竹超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和菌根侵染率;提高了混种土壤中总孢子密度、根内球囊霉的孢子密度和相对多度,降低摩西球囊霉的相对多度、珠状巨孢囊霉的孢子密度和相对多度、Shan-non指数、Simpson指数和物种均匀度,而所有处理的种丰度不变。结论认为大花金鸡菊抑制须苞石竹的生长,同时改变须苞石竹根围的AM真菌群落组成和数量,使其变化方向与单种大花金鸡菊AM真菌群落结构相一致,而利于入侵植物大花金鸡菊自身生长、入侵和演替。

摘  要:
Coreopsis grandiflora is an alien invasive plant and causes serious damages in China.In order to explore influences of Coreopsis grandiflora on native plants and arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi community,a greenhouse experiment was carried out with pots inoculated with AM fungal community(Glomus mosseae,Glomus intraradices and Gigaspora margarita)and then transplanted seedlings of Coreopsis grandiflora,Dianthus barbatus,Coreopsis grandiflora+ Dianthus barbatus.Plant growth,root activities,part of the enzyme activity,mycorrhizal colonization percentage,and diversity were determined.Results show that there was no significant differences in growth,root activities,the enzyme activity,mycorrhizal colonization percentage,spore density,species richness,relative abundance,species evenness,species diversity index between single planting Coreopsis grandiflor and mixed planting Coreopsis grandiflora+Dianthus barbatus.Compared with single planting Dianthus barbatus,the mixed planting mentioned above decreased significantly total root length,roots surface area,root activities,catalase(CAT)activity,and mycorrhizal colonization percentage,while increased superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity,total spore density,spore density and relative abundance of Glomus intraradices and reduced spore density and relative abundance of Gigaspora margarita,Shannon index,Simpson index and species evenness in the mixed planting soil.And there was no significant differences of species richness in all treatments.It was concluded that Coreopsis grandiflora inhibited Dianthus barbatus growth,changed AM fungal community composition and population in the rhizosphere of Dianthus barbatus,and made the variation direction in conformity with of single planting Coreopsis grandiflora,beneficial for Coreopsis grandiflora growth,invasion and succession.
