甲维盐和四聚乙醛复配对福寿螺的联合毒力测定

摘  要:
[目的]测定甲维盐和四聚乙醛对福寿螺的联合毒力及田间防效,在海南采用浸螺法测定了药剂间的增效作用,并加工成颗粒剂进行了田间试验。[结果]甲维盐对福寿螺(2龄)的LC50值为0.104 mg/L,四聚乙醛的LC50值为1.242 mg/L,四聚乙醛与甲维盐在10∶1~80∶1范围内均显示了增效作用,11%四聚乙醛·甲维盐颗粒剂在200、300 g/667m2剂量下对福寿螺显示了很好的防效,防效为86.37、93.46%,显著高于对照药剂6%四聚乙醛颗粒剂。[结论]甲维盐和四聚乙醛是防治福寿螺的优异替代药剂。

摘  要:
[Aims] The study aims to screen out effective pesticides for controlling Pomacea canaliculata. The co-toxicity of emametin benzoate and metaldehyde to P. canaliculata were detected using immersion method. The field test of emametin benzoateometaldehyde 11% GR was made in Hainan. [Results] The results showed that LC50 values of emametin benzoate to P. canaliculata was 0.104 mg/L and LC50 of metaldehyde was 1.242 mg/L. When the mass ratios of emametin benzoate to metaldehyde were 10:1-1:80, the co-toxicity coefficient was more than 120. The control efficacies of 11% GR were 86.37 and 93.46% after 14 days when it was used at 200, 300 g/667 m2, respectively.[Conclusions] The combination of emametin benzoate and metaldehyde can be used to control P. canaliculata effectively.
