鞍山市水资源可持续开发利用对策探讨

摘  要：
分析了鞍山市水资源开发利用的现状,指出鞍山市水资源开发利用中存在的水资源短缺,水污染严重,水的利用率低等问题。从保证经济社会可持续发展及水资源可持续利用的角度提出了鞍山市水资源可持续利用对策:全面建设节水型社会;发展循环经济模式;改善水生态环境;实施水资源统一管理等。

摘  要：
This paper analyzes the development and use of the water resource in Anshan City,then the water resource scarcity,serious water resource pollution,low water use and so on in the development and use of the water resource are put forward.This paper proposes some countermeasures in order to be sure the society sustainable development and sustainable water resource utilization: generally constructing water saving and conservation society;developing crcycle economy;improving water environment;reforming and strengthening the untied water resource management system.
