主要介绍了拖拉机KD业务的基本概念与分类,KD操作的实例及目前国内企业KD业务在国外开展情况简介。从国外著名拖拉机企业生产全球化过程,分析判断拖拉机KD业务主要方式与目标区域,探讨了中国拖拉机KD方式在组装、技术整合、管理及文化整合方面的优劣势,提出了拖拉机KD业务建议。

摘 要：
Fundamental concept and classification of tractor KD business is mainly introduced in this paper,examples of KD operation and current KD business of domestic enterprises in foreign countries are given.According to the globalization process of overseas famous tractor manufacturers,main modes and target districts of tractor KD business are analyzed,advantages and disadvantages of Chinese tractor KD mode in assembling,technique integration,management and culture integration are investigated,suggestions to KD business are put forward.
