基于GIS的耕地质量等别评价——以宜昌市夷陵区为例

摘  要：
耕地质量评价既是全面掌握耕地质量状况,使耕地由数量管理转变为数量、质量以及生态管理,促进土地资源节约集约利用的基础,也是当前研究耕地质量变化,实现社会可持续发展的重点。为了保持耕地质量等级成果的现势性及了解耕地质量的发展趋势,以宜昌市夷陵区为例,在GIS的支持下对耕地等级质量成果更新工作进行研究,进而了解区域耕地质量等别变化及其空间分布情况,掌握年度内耕地现状变化及耕地质量建设引起的耕地质量等别变化情况。结果表明,本次夷陵区更新评价后的国家自然等、利用等、经济等的等别分布与上一轮成果基本保持一致,保证了更新评价成果的连续性,同时耕地总面积呈增长趋势,耕地质量也有一定的提升,主要归因于地区土地整治项目的实施。

摘  要：
Cultivated land quality evaluation is the foundation of understanding the cultivated land quality comprehensively,changing the mono-management of cultivated land quantity into multi-criteria management focusing on the quantity, quality and ecology and promoting the economical and intensive utilization of land resources. Cultivated land quality evaluation is also the key foundation of analysis on cultivated land quality dynamics and achieving the goal of sustainable development. Take Yiling district of Yichang as an example, using GIS as the tool, in order to keep the up-to-date arable land quality grade results and understand the development trend of cultivated land quality in this area. The analysis helps to understand the variation of the area of cultivated land quality and its spatial distribution, master the current situation of cultivated land change within a year and the quality of cultivated land caused by the quality of cultivated land changes. The results showed that the quality of Yiling district was improved consistently, comparing with the previous quality evaluation results. The evaluation of the spatial differentiation of the national grade, utilization grade and economic grade ensured the continuity of the update of cultivated land quality information. At the same time, the total area of arable land emerges on growth trend, cultivated land quality has a certain promotion as well. The main contribution is from the area implementation of the land consolidation and rehabilitation project.
