摘  要：
试验探究配合饲料中晶体赖氨酸、蛋氨酸对鲤鱼生长及生理生化指标的影响。设计4组饲料,对照组不添加晶体氨基酸,3个试验组分别添加0.45%赖氨酸、0.15%蛋氨酸、0.45%赖氨酸+0.15%蛋氨酸,投喂平均体重27.0 g鲤鱼,养殖周期为8周。结果显示,各试验组和对照组在生长指标和营养指标上均无显著性差异。分析血液中不同时间段的氨基酸浓度,发现晶体氨基酸和饲料氨基酸吸收有明显的不同步现象。肌肉中的氨基酸含量显示4组间差异显著。综合分析,饲料中添加晶体赖氨酸、蛋氨酸对鲤鱼的生长没有影响,其主要原因是氨基酸吸收不同步导致的。

摘  要：
The test studied the effect of adding crystalline lysine and methionine on the growth and physiological and biochemical parameters of carp. The diet of control group did not add crystalline amino acid, and the diets of the three experimental groups were added 0.45% crystalline lysine, 0.15% crystalline methionine, 0.45% crystalline lysine and 0.15% crystalline methionine, carp initial average weight was 27.0 g. After eight weeks feeding trial, the results showed that there was no significant difference in growth parameter and nutritional parameter between the experimental group and the control group. Analyzing the concentration of amino acids in the blood at different time points showed that the absorption of crystalline amino acids and feed amino acids was significantly out of synch. The muscle amino acid showed significant differences among the four groups. Comprehensive experimental data analysis can be concluded that the addition of crystalline lysine and methionine to the feed has no effect on the growth of the carp, which is mainly due to the unsynchronized absorption of amino acids.
