武陵山区玉米地方品种核心种质的遗传多样性与评价

摘  要:
田间试验结合微卫星(SSR)标记技术,从表型和DNA分子水平分析评价了武陵山区玉米(Zea mays L.)地方品种核心种质的遗传多样性。结果表明,核心种质在14个农艺、经济性状上存在极显著差异;基于SSR标记的UPGMA聚类能有效区分玉米地方品种核心种质,50对SSR引物在核心种质中共检测到275个多态性位点,各引物检测到的等位位点数3~15个,平均为6.0个;Shannon多态信息量为0.29~0.83,平均为0.75。核心种质代表性评价结果表明核心种质较好地保持了原种质库的遗传变异。

摘  要:
Using field experiment and microsatellite(SSR) analysis, the genetic diversity of the core germplasms of maize landraces from Wuling mountain area was evaluated at the morphological level and DNA molecular level. The results showed that significant differences were found in 14 agronomic and economic traits of the core collection. On the basis of SSR data,the core collection can be distinguished by clustering analysis. 275 polymorphic alleles were detected. At each locus, the mean number of alleles was 6.0 ranging from 3 to 15. The Shannon polymorphism information content was varied from 0.29to 0.83, with an average of 0.75. It is indicated the genetic diversity of the core collection represented that of the initial collection.
