椭圆榫节点抗弯强度的数值分析研究

摘  要:
通过有限元分析法对不同过盈量下榉木椭圆榫接合节点抗弯强度及节点周围的应变情况进行研究,并通过相应的试验对所建立的有限元模型进行了验证。结果表明,本研究建立的有限元模型的计算结果与试验结果具有较好的相关性,不同过盈量下试验结果与有限元分析结果的平均误差均在20%以内,并且节点处榫头和榫孔的变形情况也十分吻合。同时,榫接合节点周围的应变测量结果与有限元分析结果也具有较好的相关性。由此可得,研究中所建立的有限元模型可用于榫接合节点抗弯强度的预测,为实木榫接合家具的结构设计打下基础。

摘  要:
In this study,the bending resistance strength and strains around the oval mortise and tenon joint were studied with different interference fits by finite element method(FEM).Besides,the validity of the finite element model established in the study was tested by corresponding experiments.The results showed that the finite element model was capable of predicting the bending resistance strength of mortise and tenon joint with different tenon fits,and the average errors were all within 20%.In addition,the deformation of mortise and tenon were all well consistent with that of finite element model.Meanwhile,the strain results of experiment and finite element model were well consistent.In conclusion,the finite element model built in the study was suitable to predict the bending resistance strength of joint and laid a base for mortise-andtenon furniture design.
