退耕还林前后森林碳储量变化及碳汇经济价值估算——以洛宁县为例

摘  要:
以洛宁县为例,选取1999年和2007年2个年份,研究退耕还林前后的森林碳储量及碳汇经济价值,以期为该地区森林资源的经营管理和碳循环研究提供重要科学依据。结果表明,洛宁县森林植被总碳储量由1999年(退耕还林前)的276.842万t增加到2007年(退耕还林后)350.649万t,即退耕还林工程实施8a,洛宁县森林碳储量增长了73.807万t,年均增加9.226万t,说明该县森林植被的碳汇作用较强;同时与1999年相比,2007年洛宁县森林碳汇的经济价值增加了4 641.65万元,达到了22 052.24万元。由此可见,退耕还林大幅增加了森林的碳储量,但同时也提高了碳汇经济价值。

摘  要:
This paper analyzed the forest carbon stocks and economic value of forest carbon sinks in 1999 and 2007 in Luoning county so as to provide important scientific basis for forest resources management and regional carbon cycle research.The results showed that forest carbon stocks of Luoning county increased from 276.842×104 t in 1999 to 350.649×104 t in 2007.Namely,the forest carbon stocks increased by 73.807×104 t during 8years after returning farmland to forest in Luoning ounty,and the average annual increase of forest carbon stocks was 9.226×104 t,indicating that forest vegetation played a strong role in sequestrating carbon in this county.Meanwhile,compared with 1999,the economic value of forest carbon sinks increased by 46.416 5million yuan,reaching 220.522 4million yuan in 2007.Thus,reforestation significantly increased forest carbon stocks,but also improved the economic value of carbon sinks.
