有热再生压缩空气干燥器节能技术

摘  要:
根据工业气源中压缩机和干燥器集中布置的特点,提出了利用压缩机二级出口高温压缩空气的余热对电加热压缩空气干燥器再生用气进行预热的节能方法。试验表明,在不增加设备结构复杂性的前提下,可以节能40%以上。

摘  要:
According to the characteristic of the compressed air dryer located at the same place with the air compressor, This thesis put forward a energy saving method of compressed air dryer regenerated by a electric heater,using the useless heat of compressed air from the air compressor to heat the regenerating wind.The energy can be saved 40% by using this method and the complexity of the equipment doesn抰 increase. [
