现代农业科技平台建设与发展浅析——以重点实验室和科学观测实验站为例

摘  要：
长期以来,现代农业科技平台在促进我国农业可持续发展方面做出了重大贡献,其诸要素和谐统一发展对于提升现代农业科研院所科技创新能力有着极为深远的意义。文章概述了农业部现有平台的状况和取得的成绩,剖析了中国农业科学院果树研究所科技平台在配置构成、功能定位、条件建设等方面的现状,提出了与创新工程有效衔接、分类建设科技平台、增强科技平台人才团队建设、促进科技平台高效利用等科学管理建议。

摘  要：
Modern agricultural science and technology platform(MASTP) has been contributing to sustainable agricultural development for a long period. The harmonious and simultaneous development of the elements of MASTP is of great significance for improving innovative ability of agriculture research institutions. The current status and achievements of platform of Ministry of Agriculture were summarized and the configuration constitution, function positioning and construction of MASTP of Pomology Research Institute of CAAS was analyzed in the paper.Suggestions on scientific administration were proposed, such as effectively connected with innovation projects, constructing platforms in category, improving talent team building, and promoting utilizing efficiency.
