基于MIKE 11模型的林芝市八一大桥壅水影响研究

摘  要:
跨河桥梁工程建成后,会对河道的防洪能力造成一定影响,西藏地区年代久远的部分桥梁未进行相应的防洪影响评价分析。为保障下游人民的生命财产安全,以林芝市八一大桥作为研究对象,选用MIKE11模型模拟计算了林芝市八一大桥建桥前后壅水的高度、长度以及阻水比,并对目前林芝市八一大桥的行洪安全进行重点分析。结果表明:林芝市八一大桥在50a设计洪水下的阻水比为4.79%,上游最大壅水高度为0.053 m,壅水长度为1.395 km,断面平均流速增加0.08 m/s,允许的最低梁底高程为2 998.22 m,现状梁底高程2 998.50 m,因此,目前林芝市八一大桥的桥梁高程满足河道行洪安全要求。

摘  要:
After the completion of the bridge project across river, the bridge will have a certain impact on the flood control capacity of the river course. In terms of bridge construction in Tibet,corresponding flood control impact assessment analysis has not been carried out for the old bridge. In order to protect the life and property safety of downstream people, this article took the rebuilt Bayi Bridge as the research object and selected the MIKE11 model to simulate the height,length and water blocking ratio of the congestion before and after the construction of Bayi Bridge, and focused on the analysis of the flood safety on the status quo of the Bayi Bridge.Analysis and calculation results show that, under the flood once in 50 years, the water blocking ratio of the rebuilt Bayi Bridge is 4.79%; the maximum upstream congestion height is 0.053m;the congestion length of the backwater is 1.395km; the average flow rate of the cross section increases by 0.08m/s; the average flow velocity of the section increases by 0.08m/s; the minimum allowable bottom beam elevation is 2998.22m, and the current beam bottom elevation is 2988.50m. Therefore, the current Bayi Bridge's bridge elevation meets the safety of river flooding.
