矮砧苹果树钙含量变化的研究

摘  要：
矮砧红星苹果树体内钙的总量低于乔砧树,根内由于接口的滞阻作用,含量高于乔砧树,其含量的变化两者有显著差异。枝、叶内的含量低于乔砧树,其含量的变化两者相似。枝内钙含量较低,影响顶端分生组织的细胞分裂和伸长。果实内的含量和变化两者相近,说明矮砧树地上部钙的分配有优先供应果实的特点。

摘  要：
The total amount of Ca in the body of the Red Starking apple trees with dwarf stocks is lower than the standard stocks. However, due to the retarding effect of the connecting part, Ca concentration in the root is higher than that in the standard stocks. The differences are highly significant. Ca content in branches or leaves is lower than that in the standard stocks with similar variation is similar. Low concentration of Ca in the branches retards the division and elongation of the cells in apical meritem. The similarity of both Ca content and its variation in the fruit shows that Ca supply for the above ground parts of the dwarf stocks possesses priority.
