蕨麻猪与甘肃白猪的屠宰性能对比研究

摘  要：
甘南蕨麻猪与甘肃白猪在各项屠宰性能方面都存在差异,具体表现为:除了蕨麻猪的眼肌面积(为9.30cm2)显著低于当地白猪(为11.59cm2)(P<0.05)外,蕨麻猪的其余各项指标均极显著低于当地白猪;蕨麻猪的净肉率为71.6%,极显著(P<0.01)低于当地白猪胴体产肉率(为87.4%)。蕨麻猪的体重与胴体重、体重与产肉率、胴体重与产肉率之间达到相关系数为1.000的极显著正相关;体重与体高之间达到相关系数为0.894的显著正相关;体高与尻高、胸围、体斜长、胴体重、产肉率之间,尻高与胸围之间,尻长与体斜长之间均达到显著正相关,相关系数都大于0.900。

摘  要：
Juema pig exhibited many divergences in slaughter performance with Gansu white pig,as could be demonstrated in following indexe.The eye muscle area of Juema pig was found to be significantly smaller than that of native white pig(P<0.05).Furthermore,all the other slaughter performance of Juema pig were examined to be extremely significantly lower than thoes of native white pig(P<0.01).The percentage of ne retail cuts of Juema pig was 71.6%,which was extremely significantly lower than the percentage of carcass retail cuts of native white pig(87.4%)(P<0.01).The correlation coeffcients of body weight and carcass weight,body weight and percentage of retail cuts,carcass weight and percentage of retail cuts wer 1.000,1.000,and 1.000,respectively,indicationg the extremely significant positive correlations among these indexe.The correlation coefficient of body weight and body height of Juema pig(0.894) also showed significant positive correlation.Meanwhile,the body height of Juema pig was examined to be significantly positively correlated between rump height,heart girth,body length,carcass weight and percentange of retail cuts,respectively,with the correlation coefficients higher than 0.900.In addition,significant positive correlations were also invesigated between rump height and heart girth,between rump length and body length,respectively,each with a correlation coefficient higher than 0.900.
