隐性白羽鸡体重生长规律的研究

摘  要:
以两种代谢能、三种粗蛋白水平组成的6种日粮饲喂7~12周龄隐性白羽鸡,个体测定各周龄体重,进行生长分析,旨在研究有关因素对体重的影响。研究结果表明:①性别对2~12周龄体重、成熟体重估计值、初生重估计值、生长高峰周龄、高峰体重有极显著影响(P<0.01),均表现为公鸡大于母鸡,对生长速率参数的影响显著(P<0.05),表现为母鸡大于公鸡;②日粮能量对12周龄体重和生长速度参数有显著影响(P<0.05);③日粮蛋白对8~12各周龄体重、成熟体重估计值、高峰体重有显著影响(P<0.05);④1~6周龄体重遗传力为0.43~0.57,7~12周龄遗传模型1(0.37~0.67)比遗传模型2(0.33~0.58)估计的体重遗传力要高,成熟体重估计值、初生重估计值、生长速率参数、生长高峰周龄、高峰体重的遗传力分别为0.1、0.39、0.15、0.33、0.04。

摘  要:
Six different feed rations constituted by two metaboliazble energy (ME) and three crude protin (CP) level were fed to recessive white chicken (RWC) at 7~12 weeks.The boby weights (BW) every week were measured and analyzed.The aim of this paper is to study the effects of relevant factors on BW.The results showed that:①The effects of sex on BW at 2~12 weeks,estimated mature weight,estimated birth weight,week age in growth peak,peak BW are extremely significant (P<0.01),and effects on growth rate parameter are significant (P<0.05);②ME level has significant effects on BW at 12 weeks and growth rate parameter.③CP level has the significant effects on BW at 8~12 weeks,estimated mature BW,peak BW (P<0.05);④Heritability of BW at 1~6 weeks are 0.43~0.57,when in 7~12 weeks,the heritability estimated by genetic Model 1(0.37~0.67)higher than that estimated by genetic model 2(0.33~0.58).The heritability of estimated mature BW,estimated birth weight,growth rate parameter,week age in growth peak and BW in growth peak are 0.1,0.39,0.15,0.33,and 0.04 respectively.
