微生态制剂对繁殖母猪生产性能和初生仔猪黄白痢发生率的影响

摘  要:
选取30头配种时间接近、胎次大致相同、体重大致接近、健康状况良好的妊娠60 d左右的长大杂(长白×大约克)经产母猪随机分为三个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复1头母猪,处理1组为对照组,试验开始~妊娠90 d饲喂妊娠期基础日粮,妊娠90 d~产仔后10 d饲喂哺乳期基础日粮,处理2组为试验1组,试验开始~妊娠90 d饲喂妊娠期基础日粮+微生态制剂100 g,妊娠90 d~产仔后10 d饲喂哺乳期基础日粮+微生态制剂100 g,处理3组为试验2组,试验开始~妊娠90 d饲喂妊娠期基础日粮+微生态制剂200 g,妊娠90 d~产仔后10 d饲喂哺乳期基础日粮+微生态制剂200 g。试验结果显示:窝产仔数:试验1组较对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),试验2组比对照组差异显著(P<0.05),试验2组与试验1组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);窝产活仔数试验1组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),试验2组与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01),试验2组与试验1组差异不显著(P>0.05);窝产合格仔数:试验1组与对照组、试验2组与对照组均为差异极显著(P<0.01),试验2组与试验1组差异显著(P<0.05);窝产总重量:试验1组、试验2组、对照组之间相比均为差异极显著(P<0.01);仔猪平均出生体重:试验1组、试验2组、对照组之间比较差异极显著(P<0.01);仔猪黄白痢发生率:试验2组、试验1组、对照组之间比较均为差异极显著(P<0.01)。试验结果表明,微生态制剂能显著改善母猪的窝产活仔数和合格仔数,显著提高窝产总重量和仔猪的平均出生体重,显著降低仔猪出生后10 d内的黄白痢发生率。

摘  要:
30 multiparous gestating sows(Landrace × Yorkshire), which have similar hybridization time,parity, weight and health status at 60 d of gestation, were allotted to 3 dietary treatments. There were 10 repeats each treatment and 1 sow per repeat. They were fed pregnancy diet form test begin to 90 d of gestation and lactation diet until 10 days postpartum. The control group received no probiotic supplementation,while the probiotic was administered by dietary supplementation to group 1 and group 2 of sows at dosage of 100 g and 200 g respectively. There were increases in litter size(group 1 P>0.05; group 2 P<0.05) alive litter size(group 1 P<0.05; group 2 P<0.01) and qualified litter size, litter weight, average birth weight(P<0.01), and decreases in yellow and white diarrhea incidence(P<0.01) with increasing concentration of probiotic in diets compared with sows that received the diet of control group. The differences between two test groups are significant in qualified litter size and highly significant in litter weight, average birth weight, yellow and white diarrhea incidence. It indicated that, probiotic can improve alive litter size and qualified litter size significantly, increase litter weight and average birth weight significantly, and decrease yellow and white diarrhea incidence after 10 days postpartum significantly.
