整秆式甘蔗收获机蔗叶分离机构设计与试验

摘  要:
为了进一步降低整秆式甘蔗收获机的含杂率,满足糖厂对机械化收割甘蔗的含杂率要求,结合甘蔗在蔗叶分离过程中的受力分析,对甘蔗起主要支撑作用的剥叶辊、输出辊及除杂辊进行布局安装,避开了蔗叶分布范围,以利于实现较高的除杂率。通过在试验平台上进行的正交试验研究,得出了该蔗叶分离机构的较优参数组合:刷片形状为20mm梳齿型,除杂辊与甘蔗交错深度0mm,除杂辊转速140 r/min。试验结果表明:此蔗叶分离机构具有较好的蔗叶分离效果,从而验证了蔗叶分离机构的可行性。

摘  要:
In order to further reduce the trash content of the whole stalk sugarcane harvester,to meet the sugar-refinery requirements of the trash content of the whole sugarcane harvester,this article endeavors to analyze distribute and installation the stripping roller,conveyor roller and cleaning roller which function as supporting role,with the help of sugarcane 's force analysis when the sugarcane leaves were separated. The orthogonal experiment research tested on the experimental platform shows that the reasonable parameter groups of the separating roller were: the shape of the brush is the20 mm comb perforation,the interleaving depth between cleaning roller and sugarcane is 0mm,the rotation speed of the cleaning roller is 140 r / min. The experiment results show that the mechanism is effective and feasible.
