奶牛血浆激素水平与产奶性能的关系

摘  要：
采用放射免疫技术(RIA)检测了加拿大纯种黑白花奶牛、吉林黑白花奶牛、杂交平不同生理时期血浆生长激素(GH)、催乳素(PRL)的含量和变化,并对激素含量与产奶性状的相关性进行了研究.结果表明:不同品种牛血浆GH、PRL的含量均有一定差异,不同生理时期血浆GH、PPL具有较大的波动性,但不同基因型呈现基本一致的变化规律.血浆GH、PRL含量与产奶量、乳脂量、乳蛋白量呈正相关关系(P<0.01).因此可以将此作为生产性能的表达指标.

摘  要：
The results showed that the contents of blood plasma growth hormone(GH) and promote lactation hormone(PRL) were different between different breed cattle. Blood plasma growth hormone and promotelactation hormone in different physioloyical period had a great fluctuation and different genotype showed no difference variance law. The content of blood plasma growth hormone and promote lactation hormone had a positive relationship(P<0.01) with milk yield, milk fat yield and the content of lactoprotein. Therefore, the blood plasma growth hormone and promote lactation hormone could be regarded as a item in estimating the milk production.
