原蚕裸蛹保护材料对发蛾的影响试验初报

摘要：

采用谷壳、焦糠、锯木屑三种材料进行原蚕裸蛹保护试验,调查其羽化率及逐日发蛾比例。结果显示,采用锯木屑作垫蛹材料的羽化率达96.75%,显著高于谷壳保护裸蛹的羽化率,与焦糠保护裸蛹羽化率差异不显著。对制种生产统计分析后发现,采用锯木屑作垫蛹材料既经济又安全。

摘要：

Chaff,coke bran and sawdust were applied to protect the naked pupa of parent silkworm.The eclosion rate and daily moth emergence rate were investigated.The results showed that the ecolsion rate for naked pupa with sawdust pad reached 96.75% which was significantly higher than that with chaff pad,but was insignificantly different than that with coke bran.The data analysis on egg production revealed that sawdust pad is both safe and economical as a pupaprotection material.
