GC-IMS在绿茶挥发性物质定性分析中的应用

摘  要:
气相离子迁移谱(GC-IMS)因具有痕量检测、响应迅速、操作简单等特点被用于化合物的定性定量分析,但在茶叶挥发性物质的检测中应用较少。实验选取10个炒青绿茶和烘青绿茶,利用GC-IMS技术对绿茶挥发性组分进行定性分析,结果显示迁移图谱清晰,各样品差异明显。通过主成分分析,能较好地区别不同类型的绿茶,表明GC-IMS运用于绿茶挥发性物质的定性分析具有较高的可行性。

摘  要:
Gas-phase ion mobility spectrometry(GC-IMS) has been used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of compounds due to its characteristics of trace detection, rapid response and simple operation, but it is rarely used in the detection of volatile compounds in tea. In the experiment, 10 panfired green tea and firing green tea were selected, and the volatile compounds of green tea were qualitatively analyzed by GC-IMS technology. The results showed that the migration map was clear and the differences among the samples were obvious. By principal component analysis, different types of green tea can be better distinguished, indicating that the qualitative analysis of volatile compounds in green tea by GC-IMS has high feasibility.
