南海渔业资源争端的冲突分析

摘  要：
论文在深入了解南海渔业资源开发现状的基础上,构建冲突分析模型,对南海渔业资源开发的争端进行稳定性分析。结果表明要保持南海争议区渔业资源开发的稳定均衡,中国和周边国家在南海争议区主要采取不作为或者各自开发渔业资源。同时,论文指出共同开发应该作为南海渔业争端的一个过渡期或者一种手段。中国与周边各国进行共同开发是为了维护海洋权益的最大化,但在时机成熟和条件允许的情况下中国应当考虑实行单独开发。

摘  要：
Based on understanding of the South China Sea Fishery Resources Exploitation,the article builds conflict analysis model,analyses stability of the South China Sea fishery resources development.The results show that China and neighboring countries in the South China Sea disputed area is mainly taken omissions or their exploitation of fisheries resources in order to maintain the stability of balanced development of fishery resources.Meanwhile,the article pointed out that joint development is as a transition period or a means to solve the South China Sea dispute.China and neighboring countries to conduct joint development is to safeguard China's maritime rights and interests maximized,but China should consider implementing separate development when the time is ripe and conditions permitting.
