摘  要：
试验建立了一种可同时快速定性检测生乳、纯牛奶和奶粉中β-内酰胺类-四环素类-头孢氨苄抗生素残留的多重胶体金免疫层析法.将3类抗原和羊抗鼠二抗包被到硝酸纤维素膜上分别作为3条测试线和1条控制线,基于竞争结合原理,可在8 min内通过视觉对比T、C线颜色达到同时定性检测乳品中20种抗生素残留的效果.试纸条检测限(LOD)分别为β-内酰胺类药物(2~50.0μg·L-1),四环素类药物(5.0μg·L-1)和头孢氨苄(45.0μg·L-1),假阳性率和假阴性率均为0.使用该制备的胶体金试纸条和液相色谱-串联质谱法对50份生乳、纯牛奶、奶粉盲样进行对比测定,两种方法测定结果一致.结果表明,本试验建立的多重胶体金免疫层析法检测快速、准确、可靠,适用于现场大批量样本的快速检测和筛选.

摘  要：
A multiplex colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay(CGICA) for simultaneous and rapid determination of β-lactam-tetracycline-cephalexin residues in raw milk, pure milk and milk powder was developed.Three kinds of coating antigens and goat anti-mouse secondary antibody were coated onto a nitrocellulose membrane as three test lines and one control line. Based on the competitive binding format, 20 antibiotic residues in dairy products were qualitatively determined by visually comparing the color of T and C lines within 8 min. The limit of detection of the test strips were β-lactam(2～50.0 μg·L~(-1)), tetracycline(5.0 μg·L~(-1)) and cephalexin(45.0 μg·L~(-1)),no false positive and false negative results were found. Analysis of 50 field dairy samples by CGICA was in accordance with LC-MS/MS. The developed CGICA method is rapid and accurate, which is suitable for on-site screening of dairy samples.
