猪血清甘油三脂、胆固醇和肥瘦度的相关性

摘  要：
研究表明猪血清甘油三脂和胆固醇含量与肥瘦度呈相关关系,因而测定它们含量可作为一种间接估测猪的肥瘦的方法。实验结果示明甘油三脂和胆固醇含量与瘦肉率或脂肪率的表型复相关系数分别为0.3928(P<0.01)和0.3074(P<0.01)。数据经SPSS-11(PDP-11)电子计算机处理后获得如下多元回归方程式: Y_1=53.22-0.09X_1+0.05X_2 Y_2=31.12+0.06X_1-0.09X_2 (Y_1=瘦肉率,Y_2=脂肪率,X_1=甘油三脂,X_2=胆固醇) 因此,测定血清甘油三脂和胆固醇含量可为估测活猪瘦肉率提供一种简单和有效的方法。

摘  要：
Present study shows that the serum triglyceride and choleslerol concent- rations in swine are correlated with fatness or leanness, therefore, the determination of the concentrations could be used as an indirect means of estimating lean or fat swine. The results of the experiment suggests that the phenotypic multiple correlation coeffi- cent r were 0.3928 (P<0.01) and 0.3074 (P<0.01) for the concentrations of triglyce- ride and cholesterol with fat or lean percentage. The multiple regression equation for the data shown was calculated by SPSS-11 (PDP-11) computer and was: Y_1=53.22- 0.09X_1+0.05X_2 and Y_2=31.12+0.06 X_1-0.09 X_2 (Y_1=lean meat percentage, Y_2=fat percentage, X_1=triglyceride, X_2=choleslerol). Thus, measurements of serum triglyceride and choleslerol concentration provides a simple and effective method of estimating leanness in live swine.
