ABT-2号生根粉对醉鱼草扦插繁育的影响

摘 要：
以醉鱼草和ABT-2号生根粉为试材,研究了50、100、150、200mg/kg 4种浓度的ABT-2号生根粉浸泡醉鱼草插穗2h后进行扦插对其扦插生根率、生根数、生根长度和新生枝条长度的影响。结果表明:不同浓度ABT-2号生根粉对醉鱼草的生根率、生根数、生根长度和新生枝条长度都均有显著影响,其中150mg/kg下效果最好,生根率达到85.8%,比对照高出了91.52%,生根数达到4条,高出对照73.91%,平均生根长度达到6.69cm,高出对照181.09%,新生枝条长度达到13.64cm,高出对照300.00%。

摘 要：
Soaked Buddlja alternifolia Maxim.with ABT-2 at 50,100,150,200 mg/kg four concentrations for 2 hours after cutting,the effects of ABT-2 on cuttings Buddlja alternifolia Maxim.cuttings rooting rate,root number,root length and new branches length were studied.The results showed that the rooting rate,root number,root length and newborn shoot length were significantly different at different concentrations of ABT-2,150 mg/kg ABT-2 soaking cuttings was the best with rooting rate 85.8%,91.52% higher than the control,root number 4,higher than the control 73.91%,the average root length of 6.69 cm higher than the control 181.09% of new branches to reach 13.64 cm in length,higher than the control 300.00%.
