不同粗纤维水平日粮对育肥后期苏山猪生长性能和屠宰性能的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究日粮中不同粗纤维水平对育肥后期苏山猪生长性能和胴体性能的影响。选用45头60kg左右苏山猪,随机分成A、B、C组,每组15头,分别采用8.35%,9.10%,11.39%粗纤维水平日粮进行饲喂。试验结束后,每组随机选取5头猪屠宰。结果表明:(1)日粮中粗纤维水平可影响苏山猪生长速度。B组平均日增重高于A组、C组,B组与A组间差异显著(P<0.05)。(2)日粮中粗纤维水平可影响苏山猪血液生化指标。B组尿素氮、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白显著高于C组(P<0.05);C组尿素氮显著高于A组(P<0.05)。(3)日粮中粗纤维水平可影响苏山猪屠宰性能。粗纤维水平升高,脂率呈下降趋势;B组、C组肉脂比均显著高于A组(P<0.05);B组小肠重量显著低于A组、C组(P<0.05);C组的大肠重量显著高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。心脏重量A组最高,B组最低,组间差异显著(P<0.05);A组肺重量显著高于B组(P<0.05)。本试验结果提示,适量提高日粮中粗纤维水平可提高苏山猪生长速度,降低育肥后期苏山猪的脂率,提高肉脂比;同时可影响育肥后期苏山猪小肠、大肠、心脏和肺的发育。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary crude fiber levels on the growth performance and carcass performance of finishing Sushan pigs.A total of forty-five Sushan pigs,with 60 Kg of average body weight and similar body conditions,were allocated to three groups with fifteen replicates per group.The levels of dietary crude fiber were 8.35%,9.10% and 11.39%,respectively.At the end of each experiment,5 pigs were randomly selected and slaughtered.The results showed as follows:(1)Dietary crude fiber levels can affect the growth speed of Sushan pig.The average daily gain of B group was higher than that of A group and C group,there was significantly difference between B group and A group(P<0.05).(2)Dietary crude fiber levels can affect the blood biochemical indexes of Sushan pig.The levels of urea nitrogen,total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein in B group were significantly higher than those in C group(P<0.05).The urea nitrogen in group C was significantly higher than that in group A(P<0.05).(3)The crude fiber level can affect the slaughter performance of Sushan pig.The level of crude fiber was increased while the fat rate was decreased.Meat fat ratio of B group and C group were significantly higher than that of A group(P<0.05).In conclusion,the crude fiber level in the diet can increase the growth rate of Sushan pig,reduce the fat rate of finishing pigs,and improve meat fat ratio of finishing pigs.Dietary fiber may affect the development of small intestine,large intestine,heart and lung of finishing pigs.
