绿头野鸭与荆江麻鸭杂交效果研究

摘  要：
绿头野鸭(♂)与荆江麻鸭(♀)的杂交 F_1代13周龄的成活率为64.8%。F_1代公鸭的外貌特征似绿头野鸭,母鸭似荆江麻鸭,体羽的颜色比其父母代鸭稍深,平均体重1198.8g,前期生长较快,10周龄时进入生长低谷期,躯干骨生长缓慢,四肢骨基本停止生长,20周龄时屠宰率为82%,半净膛率73.1%,全净膛率为65.9%,胸肌率、腿肌率、皮脂率分别为15.4%、12.1%、20.7%。结果表明:绿头野鸭(♂)与荆江麻鸭(♀)具有很好的亲合力,其 F_1代具有前期增重速度快,胴体品质好的优良表现,10周龄为最佳上市日龄。

摘  要：
F_1 ducks(Mallard ducks(♂)×Jingjiang shelduck(♀)were raised for 13 weeks and their survival rate was 64.8%.The appearance of them are similar with their parents,except for the color depth of the feather.The average weight at 13 week was 1 198.8 g.At the early stage of the phase,they grew fast.There was a low growth rate at 10th week.The slaughter test was done at 20 week old.The results indicated that dressing percentage was 80%,the percentage of half eviscerated yield was 73.1%,the percentage of eviscerated yield was 65.9%,the percentage of breast muscle yield,leg muscle yield and the fat ratio,were 15.4%,12.1%,20.7% respectively.The results showed that excellent affinity existed between Mallard ducks(♂)and Jingjiang shelduck (♀),F_1 ducks have quality that they grew fast.In the early stage of the phase,the flesh quality is very good,the 10 week is the best marketing time.
